Which way round does my shouldered olive go?

On several LPG products, of different brands, you will notice that instead of a normal barrel shape olive they use shouldered olives.

Companies like Truma, Cavagna and even some of the GAS IT products use the same shouldered olive's so its important to note which way round to use them.

We should say that firstly, when opening a fitting that uses any type of olive, pay attention to the way round each individual manufacturers fits their own olives, but should you forget or drop a olive on opening then as a general rule of thumb see the picture below for the way Cavagna and GAS IT products use them.
