Welcome to the GAS IT Technical support after-sales system.

Please note our Main Office & Warehouse hours are : 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.  We are closed at weekends and during this time our phones and emails sent to the main office will not be answered until we return on the Monday. 

Please visit the online Knowledgebase first by typing in your question as it might have your tech answer there. If you can't find your answer please do not hesitate to contact our Technical team via the 'raise a ticket' function here and we will reply as soon as we can.

Once a ticket is answered by a member of the GAS IT Tech support team it will automatically close 48 hours later if you do not reply. You can always re-open a ticket at anytime to continue.
