When will I be credited for my return?

Once the goods have been collected, it will usually take 7 days for the refund to process back to the issuing card.

I have not received my refund?

Please allow 7 days from cancellation or collection date for the refund to be process back to the issuing card, if 7 days have passed then please contact us to confirm the refund has been processed.

I have received an incorrect item?
