Angled Rubber Boot for 70mm Round Black or white Filler Box when used with angled fillpoints.
This angled GAS IT rubber boot slips over the back of the fillpoint 70mm round box and allows the back of the gas box to be sealed so no gas from filling or a leak will enter the inside of the vehicle or sleeping area in a Motorhome or caravan if fitting it in the habitation area as per R67 & EN1949.
Its used with the 30mm vent hose Moplens (Part Number GI-ACCS-027 ) as its known in the Autogas industry which looks like black convoluted vacuum cleaner hose and then you might also need the vent hose bulk head fitting if your taking it out through the floor of the vehicle(Part Number er GI-ACCS-028).
If your using this rubber boot with the GAS IT Lightweight fill hoses then we recommend purchasing the GAS IT 22mm bush (Part Number GI-FP-028)
We also recommend using this rubber boot ( on angled fillpoints ) mounted externally to the vehicle on a side skirt for example as it will protects the fill hose, brass fillpoint and other metal parts protection from water, dirt and debris.
