Although Thirsk is a quiet town nestled in the North Yorkshire countryside, there is still plenty to offer to travellers passing through.

With a local bus stop just down from our workshop, Thirsk is only two miles from us and offers a good collection of typical market shop around the cobbled market square with some nice eating out pubs as well.

Thirsk was put on the map following on the famous James Herriot books and a visit to the James Herriot museum is a must for all fans of the films and TV documentaries.
